Alex Dhom, DVM Veterinarian

Dr. Alex Dhom earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Georgia and has several years of experience in small animal medicine. He is trained in using SGLT2i medications to help cats with diabetes stay healthy and comfortable. Dr. Dhom chose to pursue veterinary medicine because of his lifelong interest in science and animals, as well as his strong passion for epidemiology and public health. He hopes every client knows that good nutrition is a key part of long-term health, and that their veterinary team is always happy to help guide dietary choices. Outside of work, he enjoys playing board games, spending quality time with family, and a proud dog dad to two rescue dogs.
