Jodie Fan, DVM Veterinarian

Dr. Jodie grew up in a home without any animals, but that didn’t stop her from dedicating her life to them. She graduated from the University of Georgia in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology with the intention of going to medical school as her family had wanted, but she soon realized that wasn’t where her heart was. It was then that she decided to switch gears and pursue what she had always wanted: veterinary medicine. In 2015, she joined Tiger Tails as a veterinary assistant where she worked until she was accepted into UGA’s College of Veterinary Medicine. After graduating as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2022, Dr. Jodie decided to rejoin Tiger Tails as a veterinarian.

Dr. Jodie’s special interests include dentistry and surgery.

Outside of veterinary medicine, Jodie loves playing video games, traveling, kayaking, crafting, and spending time with her kitty, Mr. Gibbs.
